The largest mall in Oregon, the Lloyd Center, is located near the Oregon Convention Center. Lloyd Center has more than 150 stores, a movie theater and indoor ice rink.

Portland weather averages a daily maximum temperature for February that’s between 49 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit (9 to 12 degrees Celsius). The minimum temperature usually falls between 34 and 39°F (1 to 4 °C). It does rain — but as locals will tell you, rain in Portland means snow on nearby Mount Hood.
