Additional Tips

Using Filters

You can filter the complete meeting program by Topic and Session Type to help you find sessions of interest. You can also filter to find sessions by time, that you starred or scheduled, or that you took notes on.

From the Home screen, select the Program by Day.

In the top right corner, click the Filter option to open all of the available filters. Select any/all of your choices and then click Done to show your results. You can apply multiple filters.

To remove your filters and view all sessions and events, click on the X in the box at the top of the screen.

Using the Visual Schedule

You can quickly view the sessions and events you have added to your schedule or fill in gaps in your schedule by using the visual schedule. From the Home screen you can select View Your Schedule from the menu or choose the Schedule button from the bottom of the screen at any time. The darker color blocks show the sessions already on your schedule. You can click in the lighter color blocks to view all of the sessions of that type during that time and then add a session to your schedule.

Navigating the Convention Center

To quickly locate the room of a session, event, or an exhibitor’s booth on a map of the convention center, click on the icon in the top left corner of the description screen. The map will then open and drop a pin in the room that you are trying to locate.

You can also use the maps to find sessions by touching a room on the map. A box will display the number of sessions available in that location and you can click on the box to display the results.
